All merchandise is covered under our 30-day manufacturer's warranty.
Ryan Gems accepts unworn items free from scratches, blemishes, sizing, or alteration. Special order returns subject to 30% restocking fee. Ryan Gems receiving's department reserves the right to verify the authenticity of product. After the receiving & acceptance process, please allow approximately 14 business days for this process and for your credit to be issued excluding shipping, handling, and insurance charges.
All returns must obtain a Return Authorization Number. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please contact us at 212-697-2626, or email [email protected]. A Ryan Gems specialist will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Please include original documentation with all returns. All packages that do not have an RA number or appear to have been damaged or tampered with will be returned to original sender.
For your protection, we recommend shipping returns insured using FedEx, UPS, or USPS Express or Priority Mail. Please do not write 'GEMS' or the contents of the package such as ‘jewelry’, ‘diamonds’, ‘gold’ or any other related items on the outside of the box.
Return shipments are the responsibility of sender.
